Dear Participants,
Ultrasound:
a non-invasive monitoring approach to optimize IBD management
Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis have a significant impact on the lives of those affected and require long-term treatment and support. In modern diagnostics and therapy, the use of ultrasound has become an effective tool for monitoring disease activity in IBD patients. In particular, the non-invasive nature of the method and the ability to precisely detect inflammation and complications make ultrasound an important part of modern IBD management.
Doctor Michael Höpfner from Agaplesion Diakonie Kliniken Kassel, Germany, will address this and much more during the upcoming SGG-accredited workshops.
We are looking forward to your participation.
Kind regards,
The organization committee
